After having a successful career in sales and marketing I relocated to South Carolina in 2007 and entered the wonderful world of real estate.

What I surprisingly found out, is that most agents in this business did not understand the art of negotiations in sales and quite frankly gave up too easily or did not maximize their buyers or sellers returns.  I brought my business experience, knowledge, passion and tenacity to the Midlands and have successfully helped many buyers and sellers in their quest to either purchase or sell real estate. 

In spite of the "market conditions" I use my passion and aggression on a daily basis to obtain success for each of my clients.  I firmly believe we obtain the results we seek, I expect to win for my clients every day, regardless of the "market".  I am more of a buyers agent and I learned very early on that buyers are exactly what sellers need to reach their goal of selling their home.
